On January 1, 2026, the grand opening ceremony of Chongqing Sanming Heavy Industry's Kashgar branch in Xinjiang was held in Kashgar, a pivotal city in the core area of the Silk Road Economic Belt. On the occasion of New Year's Day in 2026, the Wanzhou District Committee of the Communist Youth League and the Deli Social Work Service Center of Wanzhou District, together with Chongqing Sanming Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., jointly launched the "Winter Warm Sun, Warmth You and Me" New Year Care Action, entering Cizhu Central Primary School located in the middle and high altitude mountains to bring winter warmth and New Year wishes to children in the deep mountains.
Cizhu Township in Wanzhou District is named after the homophonic sound of "prickly bamboo" in its territory, with an average altitude of about 1000 meters. The Cizhu Central Primary School, rooted here, takes "bamboo charm" as the core of campus culture, and integrates the spirit of "perseverance, integrity, and willingness to contribute" of bamboo into the entire process of moral education.
